I visited the Tee room today and was greeted by Iain. My wife and I have visited many times before so we know Iain and his brother Neil (proprietors) This is a very special little establishment tucked away in West kirby down Banks road, and the food and service is second to none. It's a while since I've visited, but it was an absolutely lovely half hour or so having a little catch up with Iain and being served my late breakfast. we love coming here for afternoon tea especially for the tea! it’s incredible the team are all really friendly chatty and always accommodating as there’s been a few times they’ve managed to squeeze our booking in on the day it’s always the best food for such a good price would definitely recommend
