I was really looking forward to this massage, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The pressure was far too light despite mentioning I preferred deeper work. What made it more frustrating was the amount of unsolicited advice and personal diagnosis throughout the session. Sometimes clients just want silence and relaxation. A bit of conversation can be nice, but when a client gives clear social cues to stop talking, that should be respected. This experience left me more tense than relaxed
Yulia has great hands, strong and intuitive. I had a myofascial massage and I felt kneaded, stretched, and very relaxed afterwards. I was late and received a 45 minute massage, but it felt like an hour. I didn't feel cheated at all. However next time, I will schedule a 75 or 90 minute massage because my session was just that good!
Went in for a medical massage but I was highly disappointed. All I got was a rub. I could gotten that any where.
I booked a massage at 11:30 pm for the following day. Immediately after booking it, I realized I had a scheduling conflict. I called Teal as soon as it opened in the morning, but they refused to reschedule it to the following day. The receptionist said that the masseuse "had already reserved the time," which was absurd. There is a good chance the masseuse hadn't even woken up yet. They did offer to reschedule with someone the same day, but the only one available was someone I had had a negative experience with.
