I had a biodynamic craniosacral therapy session with JoAnna, and within just one session, my chronically painful right shoulder feels significantly better. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was curious to try this technique and I’m so glad I did. JoAnna has such an intuitive and gentle approach that made the whole experience incredibly effective.
