Great memories made at this charming tea house – I stumbled upon this tea house about 6 years ago and have been coming back to have tea with girlfriends time and time again. It's located on the oldest registered street in California...Los Rios St. I've always sat outside on the veranda/porch. Our servers have been attentive and knowledgeable about the teas and menu. Great Find, Great Time! – My girlfriends and I try to make it a point to go for afternoon tea at least once a month. One of my girlfriends stumbled upon this place and recommended that we go for our next outing. What a great surprise! It is on the quaintest street in all of Orange County, I have come to believe, and the cottage it's housed in is adorable. We sat on the porch, which was a lovely time. Horrible service – I would not recommend this "quaint" little tea house to anybody!!!! This passed Monday for my Grandmother's 91st bday I thought it would be nice to treat her to some tea and sandwiches. Everything was organised by my mother, and seemed like it was going to be a wonderful experience. Don't miss this one! – This is the most adorable, romantic, get away restaurant. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The food is great and the service is wonderful. It would be great for a bridal shower, baby shower, Valentine's Day---any special event!
