Head accountant Val Volkov is unprofessional and irresponsible. Failed to submit all returns on time. Made major errors in filing that led to an unwarranted CRA review of my account. He takes zero responsibility for his mistakes and instead blames it on the client. Invoiced me prior to completing all work and then threatened to add interest on an unpaid balance while the work was still not complete. Never work with this person.
