I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided. Despite paying in full in the services were either incomplete or not rendered at all. As of now, issues from December of 2025 persist with credit repair services still showing delinquent items. Furthermore, tax preparation for taxes covering years 2023-2025 were inaccurately processed according to the IRS and the State Treasury with only 2025 being filed and partially refunded.
