Four years later and I'm still receiving notices from the state of Colorado telling me that the tax ladies filed incorrectly and I have penalties to pay. I used them for 3 years and paid penalties twice due to incorrect filings. As an added bonus while establishing an LLC for me, my personal information was given to a fraudulent site. They have cost us easily twice as much as any other firm. Save time, money, headaches and hassles and find a CPA instead of these "bookkeepers"

Months of us going back and forth waiting for them to file our taxes. Messages, calls, texts, emails. Told they’d file us in May. Repeated we aren’t their only clients. Ignored us, hung up on us. Now here we are in almost July.. just now getting our taxes documents back and they didn’t even give us everything. No proof of extension. Nothing.
