This group of pos has not picked up my phone call for 2 weeks. I went to them 3 year ago for tax help I paid them in full and for 3 year they have neglected me and my phone calls! Never use these people and I’m gonna go in and face them and demand my money back !!!! They are the worst type of paralegals. Especially jack gendeu!
