if i could give less I would. i bought a car online from them and they high pressured to sign the paperwork and when the car arrived… bald tires, damage to both bumpers, cracked sunroof and dented hood… totaling 10k in damage to which they stopped taking me calls (4 days after selling me this crap car) and would take responsibility for it. filing a lawsuit against them. STAY AWAY!! Alex lied and described this veh in great condition and offered shipping… when vehicle arrived, it had over 10k damage including bald tires (see pic of wires sticking out of tires) dent to the hood, and a cracked sunroof…. they ignored all my calls and email for 3 weeks and i had to pretend like i was buying a car to speak to a manager and they denied any responsibility  STAY AWAY, if you don’t you’ll regret it.

Stay Away!! Thieves… they sent me videos of a very clean car, but what they shipped me with a vehicle with damage to both bumpers damage to the hood a cracked skylight and bald tires when I submitted a claim to them nobody would respond to me for three weeks until I got a one sentence answer, saying my claim was denied and that I bought the car as is if I could give zero stars, I would Save your money and go to another dealership. You have better luck in Tijuana.

Reny will never tell it like it is, they don't tell you the truth about the vehicle. Sean the manager for the garage will lie to you in your face. I will never forget my experience with them, and the GM is just as bad, they are all working together, they have their routine down pat. S T A Y A W A Y

am so disappointed. I purchased a vehicle from The Taverna Collection, and that was the worst mistake. From the very first day I got the vehicle, I could hear a ticking noises coming from engine but I am not a mechanic so I dismissed what I was hearing, because I thought that the noise would soon stop. This has unquestionably been the most frustrating car-buying ordeal I have ever encountered. I made the decision to purchase a BMW 430i on July 3, 2023, from The Taverna Collection.
