My beloved COHA has been ruined with the new owner CUA. 5 and a half years of no issues. Now they lost my account credit, can't seem to retain my insurance information, and send out annoying emails and texts to confirm appointments weeks in advance. When you do check in, you still need to do it again, the day of your visit. If Dr. Markan was not the absolute best, I would have left after CUA purchased them. Unfortunately, my parent used this facility. cancer is big money and their times you’re going to wonder whether or not you’re just a guinea pig for someone’s financial gain. You shouldn’t feel like they’re giving you a hard used car dealership marketing presentation to do chemo or using scare tactics to get you in the door. I pulled in the Tate Center on 10/23/2025, where I was greeted by Walter Supervisor) . I later learn his name from Kevin Marks (Account Manager) with Towne Park after requesting upper management based on treatment after he refused to give me his name. In my 45 years of life I have never encountered someone so heartless, or compassionate for others. Unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. I brought my grandmother in for an appointment today, and I am not the usual person who brings her for her appointments here. We arrived around 11:30, with her appointment being at 11:45. This is not really an issue, as she likes to be able to sit and rest her hip. I signed her in and sat with her. I have never had a problem here, but today when I had to go get my blood drawn the young lady who works back there was absolutely the rudest person I have ever had to deal with!! You're working with cancer patients have some consideration for them!! She really was a very nasty person! She said it's the least of her concerns that I didn't drink enough water today!!!
