I regret having to write this review, because I was very hopeful and excited to find a source for plants that—judging by its website and other online material—seemed so genuine and high-quality. On April 2, 2020, I ordered 8 tomato plants priced from $7 to $9. I specifically asked them to be delivered by the end of April or first week of May. When the first week of May came and went, I started writing emails asking the status of the order with no replies. I explained that it was getting quite late in the growing season now for tomatoes and then stated I would like a refund if the order did not go out immediately. Horrible. I'd leave a zero if possible. All plants arrived *dead*. Not just wilted or bent. D.E.A.D.
I ordered 2 tomato plants with shipping date of 6/15/20. No communication or tomato plants arrived. I emailed them and they replied on 6/23/20 that would not be available until July and did I want them shipped or to cancel my order. I responded cancel my order. I then received notification the plants were shipped first week of July and the tomato plants arrived stunted with dry leaves. I was so excited when I first found this place online, we sat down and looked through their website , they make it look so beautiful and like they actually care about people and plants. Oh how wrong I was!! We placed our first order and when we didn’t receive it I called to ask if maybe I misunderstood the way shipping worked.
