If I could stay at these apartments forever, I would. Genuinely the best experience I've had with an apartment company. I felt like the SCA actually cares about its tenants and did everything in their power to make us feel welcome/taken care of. I lived at The Tappan for 2 years and it was wonderful! Any issues I had (and there were very few) were resolved quickly and efficiently. Living next to a bakery was amazing. I am a travelling writer and violinist, and my vehicle of choice is my electric bicycle. My back trailer wheel had begun to need air, and I was happy to see a bike rack with tools and an air pump. No sign indicated that the pump was nonfunctional. It did not work. It instead flattened my tire even more. A string of bad luck had left me with no phone, no laptop charger, a deadline I was about to miss and 300 miles of travelling still to do, and now a flat tire. Living at The Tappan was by far the best renting experience! Aireonna and Logan are very responsive and made the moving in and out process extremely easy. The apartments are beautiful and they had a nice gym, a bike storage area, and a delicious bakery on site! If I didn’t move from Cleveland, I’d definitely still be renting from SCA!!
Lived here for 1.5 years. Great place to live. Clean building, responsive management, quick maintenance. Loved having a gym in the building, gated parking, and Leavened Bakery downstairs.
I’ve lived at the Tappan for 5 years and cannot speak more highly of an apartment community. If you’re looking for great location, amenities, and community, the Tappan is where you want to be! Thank you to Sustainable for making the past 5 years wonderful!
