Living at The Tappan was by far the best renting experience! Aireonna and Logan are very responsive and made the moving in and out process extremely easy. The apartments are beautiful and they had a nice gym, a bike storage area, and a delicious bakery on site! If I didn’t move from Cleveland, I’d definitely still be renting from SCA!!
Lived here for 1.5 years. Great place to live. Clean building, responsive management, quick maintenance. Loved having a gym in the building, gated parking, and Leavened Bakery downstairs.
I’ve lived at the Tappan for 5 years and cannot speak more highly of an apartment community. If you’re looking for great location, amenities, and community, the Tappan is where you want to be! Thank you to Sustainable for making the past 5 years wonderful!
Although I was only at The Tappan for a short time to complete a residency program, I could not recommend living here enough. Incoming residents in my program have asked me where to live and I gladly recommend The Tappan every time. It is clean and well maintained. I used the gym often as it had everything I needed. Respectfully very disappointed in the leasing office here. Was skeptical to give my SSN over an unencrypted email to the leasing manager. Who then called me on a "no caller id" phone number to collect it. After a back and forth she told me they were moving on from me. I asked to have management call me and the person called me and told me my application eas a red flag because it was out for too long "6 days" even though I paid the fee. I told him I was skeptical because of the situation with the SSN and because I had not got... read more
