I have lived at The Tappan for a little over five years and absolutely loved it. The quality of the apartment and building, the location, and the attentiveness from the staff are top notch. This particular property was newly built when I moved in and features the delicious Leavened bakery on the ground floor, of which both were huge pluses for me when moving to Cleveland. My husband and I lived in the Tappan for over 2 years. We loved our 1B/1B on the 4th floor. Great location, great neighbors, and you can’t beat having a bakery downstairs. We also love how much SCA invests in the local community - it’s hard to find a rental company that cares! Highly recommend!
If I could stay at these apartments forever, I would. Genuinely the best experience I've had with an apartment company. I felt like the SCA actually cares about its tenants and did everything in their power to make us feel welcome/taken care of. I lived at The Tappan for 2 years and it was wonderful! I am a travelling writer and violinist, and my vehicle of choice is my electric bicycle. My back trailer wheel had begun to need air, and I was happy to see a bike rack with tools and an air pump. No sign indicated that the pump was nonfunctional. It did not work. It instead flattened my tire even more. A string of bad luck had left me with no phone, no laptop charger, a deadline I was about to miss and 300 miles of travelling still to do, and now a flat tire. Living at The Tappan was by far the best renting experience! Aireonna and Logan are very responsive and made the moving in and out process extremely easy. The apartments are beautiful and they had a nice gym, a bike storage area, and a delicious bakery on site! If I didn’t move from Cleveland, I’d definitely still be renting from SCA!!
