A+ for maintenance because they come right away when we need them, the people are nice in the office & see what your problem is? Helpful. Another thing, could we not blocked the parking spaces, it is already not enough parking room to park anyways. Also, thinking a gated community,instead freely people just walking/driving in. Fraudulent company!! I have NEVER lived here but some how they allowed someone to apply for an apartment in MY name without me even being there! When I contacted them after a collection agency contacted me, this crazy woman wanted me to text her a copy of my drivers licenses! I’m not sure if the workers are doing this or what but please be aware of this scamming company!!
Shakeva was by far the best leasing agent I’ve come across. Shakeva was very helpful and understanding. She does her job very well. I felt at home before I even moved in. I give her a 10.
