There's nothing luxury about this place other than their price tag. No idea why it's so expensive. I was given the keys and there was a roach infestation. On move in, there were screws and such scattered throughout - instant indicator the apartment was not really cleaned on move out of the past tenant. Started unpacking my kitchen stuff and had to stop and do a deep clean. There was food gunk inside the cabinets, under and around the stove and under the burners. Absolutely disgusting. A+ for maintenance because they come right away when we need them, the people are nice in the office & see what your problem is? Helpful. Another thing, could we not blocked the parking spaces, it is already not enough parking room to park anyways. Also, thinking a gated community,instead freely people just walking/driving in. These are older apartments thinking would get everything up to apar for the tenants in now and future tenants. I lived my stay at this amazing place. My apartment was so spacious and the property was always beautiful. Portia and Tangie are amazing, always there for residents needs. The maintenance team is awesome! I so much recommend this amazing place for your next home!
The community is clean, well-maintained, and offers great amenities. I appreciate how welcoming the staff is and how quickly they address any concerns. It's a quiet place to live, and it truly feel like home.
I’m so glad I chose to move to The Tapestry of Vaughn. I saw them online and saw great reviews and reached out to them with interest on making this my new home. Tangie and Marquisha was on point with keeping me updated with every step and process to moving in. I went through a lot of obstacles coming from miles away. Portia even stayed a few minutes later than business hours to assure I got the keys to my apartment. I’m so thankful they were all a big help and welcomed me with open arms. 10/10 across the board!!!!
