I just moved in, had I known there was a $40 convenience fee to pay rent with a card, and the only other way was to do an e money order and not just a regular I would have reconsidered. Paying rent should not be such a hassle. Also, the apartment doesn’t come with lights in the bedrooms and living rooms, and the master bathroom is very small. The leasing office is nice, I hope they could at least consider paper money orders, since paying rent is unnecessarily difficult.

I would not recommend The Tapestry on Vaughn Apartments. They sent me to collections without ever informing me that I had a balance due. I was never given the opportunity to pay what was owed and only found out after the fact. On top of that, they added late fees to a balance I didn’t even know existed. This is extremely unprofessional and unfair. Applicants should at least be notified and given a chance to resolve an issue before being penalized.

I’ve lived in these apartments going on year 4. The staff has been so welcoming and friendly. Anything I’ve had to bring to their attention they have always taken care of it in a timely and professional manner. The community is quiet and is in the perfect location so that you are near a lot. I highly recommend if you’re on an apartment hunt to give them a try.

Bad business; both my time and money were disrespected. The model I was shown was nothing like the unit I was given. Thankfully, the unit was in such a condition that they had to break the lease on their part because it needed more work to be presentable. I was not shown any pictures or given a tour of the unit they were moving me into. After expressing my disappointment in the one they tried to sell me, I was shown pictures of an inhabited unit that were taken during the last tenant inspection. From my personal experience it is an ok apartment complex. I don’t necessarily think it’s worth the price. It is a quiet area and near different stores. While I stayed here the circuit breaker was always tripping making the lights go out whenever I used the microwave. The issue was never fixed. At the time I didn’t know that was a potential fire hazard.
