I currently have a member ship here and one employee in particular is very rude and and always “huffs and puffs” at the slightest inconvenience.
I went tonight after work to tan like usual! The bed I wanted was taken so I was referred to another bed! I didn't know untill I got in and started to tan that only the left face bulbs worked! I was assured before I even got in all bulbs were replaced and worked! However I finished my time! When I got out I went to the front desk and told her about the situation! I've been going for years. It has spiraled down hill. after today's experiencece I won't be back. . I was told there are no towels u will hav to use paper towels. Only two were on the roll I get to the room and once again the bed is nasty. I'm expected to clean it b4 and after with two paper towels. The sanitizing spray was diluted pine Sol. Prices are not bad. Place is dirty on the Cleveland side. Athens area is clean. Cleveland side several beds have 3 or so bulbs out. Just need a little up keep in Cleveland. This is the place to be going I have for over 2 years. Just clean your beds people. Thank You
I signed up for a 12-month contract at the south end location. Less than 1 month later they closed that location. Because of the contract I paid for 11 more months, without complaint, even though I could hardly ever get by there. Yesterday I was charged for month 13, which I did not realize they would continue charging me after my contract was up, so I went by to request a refund and cancellation, and they refused to refund the fee they charged me only yesterday! Just canceled my membership after having one for about 6 years. This place has gone wayyyy down hill. The beds are outdated and gross. One bed has had a crack in the acrylic for I don’t know how long but you can see that sweat and lotion is built up in it(NASTY). One room is completely dark I have to use my phone flashlight to clean the bed. And the rooms are in general extremely dirty, there is dirt and dust built up all around the room.
