All they were mostly concerned about was my actual medicare card. I have insurance that is Medicare Advantage and do not need my Medicare card. I had that card and gave that to them. They ran and I paid my co-pays. I was asked three times insistently about if I had my card with me. (I didn't). Where was it? What was the number? And on and on...she tried to intimidate me into giving her my Medicare card in addition to my Insurance Medicare Advantage card. They are very much about charging you for anything they can. I don’t appreciate the wait. I was told that I could come in at 1 for the appointment I haven’t been seen at 1:50 and I’m still waiting…
Excellent physician
Dr. Tankersley is very professional, hands on and thorough. He has a wonderful spirit and always take his time to find out the problem along with a solution. We need more medical professionals like him no rushing during the visit time. The visit time is invested by him allowing you to ask questions and him giving you sound medical advice. Love Dr. T!!
