I highly recommend Dr. Tankersley. My son has an extensive allergy history and Dr. Tankersley spent almost an hour with us going through the details of every reaction my son has had. He helped us come up with a plan and is doing peanut/tree nut OIT with my son. If you are looking for a very progressive allergist, this is one of the only ones in Memphis doing OIT at this time.
Dr Tankersley and team are extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. 10/10!
All they were mostly concerned about was my actual medicare card. I have insurance that is Medicare Advantage and do not need my Medicare card. I had that card and gave that to them. They ran and I paid my co-pays. I was asked three times insistently about if I had my card with me. (I didn't). Where was it? What was the number? And on and on...she tried to intimidate me into giving her my Medicare card in addition to my Insurance Medicare Advantage card. They are very much about charging you for anything they can. I don’t appreciate the wait. I was told that I could come in at 1 for the appointment I haven’t been seen at 1:50 and I’m still waiting…
