Dr. Tankersly and his staff are the best. Kind, courteous and competent. Dr. Tankersly is knowledgeable, experienced and genuinely cares about his patients. I was definately pleased with the service he provided. He was on point with my diagnosis on my first visit. Exceptional service!!!!!
Truly a great experience! Dr. Tankersley was extremely personable, friendly, and approachable and seemed genuinely committed to coming up with a solution to my symptoms. He was upfront about the cost and pros/cons of additional testing without being pushy. His front desk lady and 2 medical assistants were also super sweet and professional.
Had an appointment at 12pm, waited over 50 minutes (still did not get seen) decided to leave only to find Dr. Tankersley standing at the desk outside. Requested to reschedule. What is causing me to not want to return in the future was the fact that the issue was made to seem like it was my fault. He first asked me was I a new patient, which I believe he should know that I am not looking back on my records, I was here a week ago (however I am aware that a certain amount of time may indicate who’s new and who’s not). Dr. Tankersley is the best asthma and allergy physician in the Memphis area! My son recently completed oral immunotherapy for cashews with Dr. T and it was a success!! It took approximately 18 months but was well worth the time commitment. My son has also successfully passed 3 other allergy challenges that we had been avoiding for many years ( peanut, almond, pistachio).
