Great little bike shop and ice cream parlor
The Montour Trail is a gem here in SW PA. Tandem Connection is a gem on the Montour. We are fortunate to have these resources here in our backyard. I purchased my bicycle at Tandem Connection several years ago, and I have gotten a spring 'tune-up' nearly every year since. Dave and his staff are very knowledgeable and great technicians. If you rent a bike check it thoroughly before you take it on the trail. They gave me a bike with gears that didn’t work and that locked as soon as you tried to go up the slightest hill. Told the staff when we returned it and they could have cared less. Never renting from them again.
My daughter and I were on the Montour Trail and we stopped for ice cream. While we were there, I decided to ask about an issue I was having with my bike. They took care of it right away and the cost was extremely reasonable. Couldn’t be more happy with our experience. They will be the first place I go whenever I need help in the future.
