We've had our units since 2009. Every time we come up, we have an amazing stay. We love the amenities to include underground parking, which is really convenient to our units. I taught my son to Ski here when he was 26 months old. Amazing winter and summer events. Thank you Tamarack Club
The location here is good. We basically liked the room: fairly spacious and the full kitchen was nice. However, service was below the minimum. There were some nice people around, but the woman who checked us in seemed annoyed to have to do anything at all. Over the days we were there, some of the people at the desk were a little nicer, but the general attitude is that they're doing you a favor to even talk to you at all. Made the most of the convenience of ski in/ski out, indoor/outdoor pool, ski check, and parking garage. Unfortunately, we arrived around 6:00pm to walk into what you see in photos 1-3. Front desk was apologetic and we left our bags in the entryway and had no choice but to go out for a couple of hours and return past the toilet bowl brush laying in the hallway to a cleaner room (photos 4-6). The location is great. The rooms were mid and the service was not great. The people working the desk seemed to be doing the bare minimum. For example, the one morning I asked about the cafeteria and directions to get there. They gave me and my 3 kids directions on how to walk over to it. They failed to mention that it wasn’t open yet. I generally felt like it was pulling teeth getting information from them. Just a little more thought and consideration into being treated as a paying guest would have been nice.
