A nice couples weekend spot. It’s about 25% more expensive than what it’s worth. The room is small. There isn’t a glass(es) provided to make a drink with. A couple bottles of water would have been nice. The hotel pool was nice but had no waitress service. The ability to walk over to the bar/restaurant is restricted with locked gates. The music was excellent but you could not hear it after the kids filled the area. I’m enjoying my time but don’t feel as though they care one way or the other we came here.
If you're looking for a place in Ellicottville, this is the best location for Holiday Valley. Although, the rooms are lackluster. In our room, there were broken tiles and hair in the shower and for the pool area downstairs the slats separating the indoor/outdoor pool is black with mildew. Additionally, do not expect to have the large pool area with the slide included in your stay. The areas appear to be connected, but they are not and it costs extra even though it easily could have been included in the cost of the stay. At f... read more
It's in the perfect location in Ellicottville. Great view of the sky hill and golf course.
Unfortunately the place has gone down things were broken in the room, they charge $22 to access one of the pools even if you are staying at the hotel- will not be returning anytime soon
