I have been living at the Talisin since summer 2013 and have a good experience here. I have a 3 bedroom 2bath. The location is excellent (2 mins from campus ) , pest service every month, pets allowed, swimming pool, all bills paid inluding electricity and water. The staff is prompt and helpful and our apartment came with a flat screen tv. Ideal for SFA students
Really helpful and kind staff. Pool close to the apartments, extremely close to the SFA campus-walking saves you a $140 parking pass for commuters. Plus everything is included in rent (electricity, water, pest control).
