I can’t say enough positive things about Wendi and her crew. I worked with her on a project for a homeowner. He was very indecisive and changed his mind and designs a lot. Wendi was patient and helped his see the full potential his space could offer. The end product was stunning and the her install crew was just as amazing as her. I will definitely be working with Tailored Closets again for all future projects with my clients.
Wendi from The Tailored Closet did an amazing job designing our master closet. From start to finish, everything was super smooth and professional. Wendi was so great at listening to what we wanted (even when we weren't quite sure ourselves!), and she totally nailed the design. The closet is gorgeous and incredibly functional – it's amazing how much she managed to fit in! Everything's perfectly organized, and it's so much easier to find things now. We're absolutely thrilled with how it turned out.
The product itself was fine, except it wasn’t completed on the day it was supposed to be installed, or the next day. In fact, it still hadn’t been completed. The owner told me her team was upset (at me) that the original day had to be rescheduled and she blamed me for that. In reality, what happened is she said her husband didn’t feel comfortable having her team drive out here. So I was flexible with her and them. We used Tailored Closet of Northwest Arkansas is build shelves in our laundry room and to build a linen closet in our master bathroom. We were so pleased with how both projects turned out. We would definitely recommend them!
