Called and talked to my agent, Andrew over a month ago to transfer my auto insurance to an agent that I live closer to, now. Still hasn't transferred it over. What the hell is going on? Don't trust this agent and agency. I have no idea why Erie has a policy the the agent has to release my insurance. Called poor customer service!!
