1 Star: UNINHABITABLE - TOXIC DRUG FUMES AND CRIME The biggest issue in this building is the constant, toxic smell of drugs that fills the apartments every single night. It is a major health hazard, as the fumes pump directly through the kitchen hoods. It gets so bad that we are frequently forced to leave our home and sit in our car for hours just to breathe clean air. Your compassion and love for your tenants truly show by the time you take being patient with your tenants when you barley have time for yourself. This was the worst experience of my life in le Tadoussac ,You can never take a shower during the cold months because there is no hot water. There are ants in the apartments; we reported it several times, but management never took any action. Packages usually get lost. The gym is very dirty and the equipment is often broken. If you want to waste your money, then live there.
Good place to live.
