On 01/25/2026 (Sunday) a tree fell on my house. I knew Tabb insurance was closed but called my agent Lisa Frix and left a message. On 01/26/2026 (Monday) morning around 8:03am Lisa returned my call and showed empathy to my situation and professionally answered all my questions and concerns. Lisa advised she would start making calls to get the process started. Within a short amount of time I was receiving calls from all the right people to have my home repaired. Thank you Lisa Frix for all you did.
It is sad to see what this place has turned into the last few years. I've made several different attempts to contact someone over the last month or so. I guess they have done gotten too big for themselves and have 0 care about customer service anymore. I will not beg anyone to do business with. After leaving a message 3, maybe 4 different times and can't get anyone to return my calls. Call to speak to a manager was placed through to 3 different people.That wouldn't take the call.
