I’ve struggled with TMJ pain for over five years and tried countless approaches with little relief. Working with Kim at the Symmetry Clinic has finally started real healing. Kim is phenomenal! She is very personal, friendly, professional and attentive to detail. Focus on your needs, doesn’t beat around the bush and knows exactly which muscles to work on to address your issues. Madi has been a lifesaver. 18 months ago, I suffered an injury at Disneyland that caused pain in my lower back, sciatica, and a sharp pain all the way down into my leg. I came in for some body work to help with pregnancy pain. Brit was amazing! She created an environment where I felt totally comfortable, relaxed and able to communicate when I needed more or less pressure. I left feeling more informed about my body and most importantly, pain free! Highly recommend her services.
I didn’t realize how much chronic pain I was living with until I woke up the following morning after a session with Mimi and I wasn’t in any pain. Mimi was able to gently move my atlas back into place and release overactive neck muscles. My posture is improving, my strength is coming back, and I sleep so much better.
