I have been recovering from a Total Knee Replacement Surgery and have been attending the out patient rehabilitation sessions.The physiotherapists have been extremely supportive and helpful in making my recovery very smooth. I would highly recommend the program for anyone needing postoperative rehabilitation therapy. Thank you so much to all the team at the Sydney Private Hospital.
Overall hospital functions. There a lot of problems though, communication with staff is poor. Not enough nursing staff. Food is boring and evening meal has only one choice. Food deliverers are cold in terms of relationship with patients. Doctors spend little time with patients. I would not highly recommend this hospital unless some changes take place soon. The overall look of hospital is tired looking to say the least. Needs an urgent update.
I had 2 weeks of inpatient rehab in Sydney Private hospital in September last year, after knee replacement in another hospital. Thank you Physiotherapist Jason who was very good and humorous in looking after our inpatient gym sessions . After I was discharged , I continued my outpatient day rehab sessions for another few months. The nurses at Sydney Private Hospital were absolutely wonderful. Particularly nurse Catherine. The nurses were kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their calm, reassuring manner made such a difference during recovery. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and compassion. Thank you
