Hesitated to go here given the frequent bad reviews but as the dr I was going to see wasn’t mentioned I tried it. I’ve been pretty disappointed with how it’s all gone. They just seem to not really be very detailed or care. For example if weird symptoms on the medication come up they just don’t respond to enquiries so we are left to try and figure out what to do on our own. When the receptionist contacted me afterwards, I was offered a “quick assessment” over the phone for the full fee, which raised some concerns for me. I chose to forfeit my deposit and book elsewhere. I am extremely concerned about the care I received from Dr Osman Malik, Dr Candice Jansen, and Dr Farzan Mehta here withouteven meeting them. I am a high-risk patient with treatment-resistant depression and prior ketamine treatment, yet I received no clinical assessment or risk evaluation. My GP also contacted the clinic on my behalf this week, providing detailed medical history. Despite this, I was denied any appointment or assessment.
