We loved our stay close enough to city without being right in city. Easy access to Town Hall Station via bus. We would stay again!!
Excellent customer service. Good location. Very clean. Accommodates all of your short stay needs. Spacious rooms. Free Wi-fi. Complimentary toiletries. Very comfortable bed and bedding .Late check-out at 11 am
I experienced an unprofessional encounter with a female staff member at the hotel lobby. When I asked a simple question about the hotel, she responded with a dismissive attitude and unfriendly body language. She seemed to be of South Asian background, with highlighted hair, and her name sounded like “Ummea” or “Umie.” Her behaviour appeared rude and uninterested, which created an uncomfortable impression for me as a guest. In response to requesting a detailed review: The counter staff do not present as professional and welcoming. They don't offer to explain the venue or location. They kinda just look at you like a deer in headlights and ask for money. There was a line up of guest that were made to wait until exactly 3pm for check-in. Most hotels allow check in an hr early, however, they were very specific about making a large group of guest wait 30 - 40min.
