Visited Swiss touch Mayfair with lower back issues. Beth was extremely knowledgeable and I received a few physiotherapy sessions with a comprehensive guide on how to adapt my fitness routine to help rectify the issue. I was able to get back to my usual routine in just a few weeks which was far in excess of the outcome I was expecting. Would highly recommend Swiss touch and Beth.

After having 4 hip replacements, Beth has really helped me correct my gait and posture so that I don’t have back pain anymore! Would definitely recommend booking a session with Beth! And the clinic in Mayfair is very smart and gives a really professional atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend more!

I struggle with severe neck spasms and after receiving treatment from Beth at the Mayfair practice I felt such relief! The environment is so lovely and Beth is absolutely incredible and so helpful. She gave me guidance on what can help alleviate some of the tension in my neck and the treatment was undoubtedly the best I’ve received. Beth is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable!

I went to Beth for a wrist injury from sport, and I was really impressed with the care I received. She was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which made the recovery process much easier. She’s also very approachable and friendly, which made the session comfortable. 10/10 !! 🩷

For around six months, Beth at Swiss Touch has been helping me with my chronic back and neck pain. Beth has been great to work with, she's knowledgeable and friendly. I'm seeing progress after decades of discomfort!
