After having 4 hip replacements, Beth has really helped me correct my gait and posture so that I don’t have back pain anymore! Would definitely recommend booking a session with Beth! And the clinic in Mayfair is very smart and gives a really professional atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend more!
I struggle with severe neck spasms and after receiving treatment from Beth at the Mayfair practice I felt such relief! The environment is so lovely and Beth is absolutely incredible and so helpful. She gave me guidance on what can help alleviate some of the tension in my neck and the treatment was undoubtedly the best I’ve received. Beth is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable!

I have seen Beth regularly for physio and sports massage and would highly recommend her. The setup here is excellent where she can use the gym with you, do pilates and she is also trained in acupuncture. Very professional service, five stars!
