The staff at the Swimming Pool Store is very knowledgeable. They work hard to provide you with the best service possible. If they don’t have what you need in stock, they will give you a workaround until they are able to provide you with the proper item.
If I could give zero stars I would. We’ve had bad experiences with them in the past, but Leslie’s (who I highly recommend) couldn’t come before my daughter’s birthday party. We hoped to have a better experience, but we didn’t, same company new owner still a complete scam and rip off! They came for 18 minutes according to my ring camera. They didn’t tell us they were here even though I explained to them on the phone that I wanted to talk to them when they were here. They replaced one part and messed up the heat bypass system ... read more
Corey was an amazing help. Not only was he friendly and personable, he stayed on the phone with us until he was sure our problem was solved. 10/10 on customer service and knowledge. I would certainly call them again if I needed help.
They always go above and beyond! Very honest and above board. James runs a very talented and tight ship!
