I really enjoyed The Swiftwater hotel. The atmosphere quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly . The pool was clean. The room are well kept. The scenery of nature lent to the quiet atmosphere .I love the fact that the hotel had a on-site restaurant. The restaurant had a variety of seasonal choices.

Very good customer service and everybody is very efficient. At the Olivet restaurant, chef Roberto and Rovi the seus chef and John the bartender all were very attentive and the food was great.

We stayed for 2 nights, the place is luxurious and clean. The pool is very nice, but it’s heated to the point that it’s a bit too hot. It’s nice to dip in for a bit but not as much for swimming. The bed was a bit overly soft and the pillows overly big and fluffy and not really supportive. I wasn’t able to get the best sleep. However, the place is very relaxing and peaceful. Great evening. As a fomer restaurant owner I am quite picky about food and I did not know what to expect. However, the food was as great as the ambiance. I ordered the New York cut and it was beyond anything I could have hoped for; cooked perfectly to temp and seasoned the way steaks should be - not bland and not overseasoned.The chef, Roberto visited our table as we were celebrating a birthday, and his appearance was professional and clean, and his welcoming personality made the perfect ending to a perfect evening.
