I stayed at this hotel over the Easter weekend. Check-in was scheduled for 4 PM, and I arrived just a few minutes before. When I checked in, the front desk staff didn’t provide me with a room key or let me know the room wasn’t ready. It was only after I asked, “Where’s the room key?” that she informed me the room wasn’t ready — but gave no estimate on how long the wait would be. This hotel is beautiful. You experience a luxurious stay. The hotel is beautiful from the time you walk in, the rooms are clean and comfortable and beautiful. It was a nice stay!!!!

First time staying at The Swiftwater and had a great experience. Everything was amazing from how beautiful it looks to the amazing customer service! Everyone was super nice, the went above and beyond for us. They have so many perks for the guests. Will def recommend and WILL DEF come back. Special shout out to Joshua & Willie. They were AMAZING!
I stayed at the Swiftwater for a conference that was held at Kalahari. It was a short 10 minute drive away, but SO worth it! The hotel was GORGEOUS- someone with an eye for contemporary, eclectic decor spent a lot of time curating a beautiful space … from the lobby to the rooms! It felt SO comfortable an upscale.
