I applied for an apartment here back in July and was approved. Ricardo assured me he understood the process and told me not to worry while I waited for some final paperwork to come through. Once everything was ready on my end, I reached out multiple times by phone, voicemail, and email but he never responded. It was extremely unprofessional after he had given his word that he’d wait and stay in touch. I paid a $35 application fee for nothing and was left completely ignored.
