Bad service
The desserts here are good, but the service is incredibly unreliable. I've ordered from this place multiple times, and it's a recurring pattern: they accept the order, make you wait a half hour or more, then suddenly cancel with no explanation. It’s incredibly frustrating—especially when you’re counting on them for a special occasion. Most recently, they completely ruined my birthday dessert. I waited over 90 minutes, only to have the order canceled last-minute. No communication, no update, nothing.
Happened Amon this amazing store by chance. I went near closing. Matthew was super helpful. I sat outside and couldn’t decide. He allowed me to come in and take a load of photos. As a Brit I was surprised to find a load of sweets I normally like. Especially the gummy cola bottles. I’m almost 50 years old and the memories were wonderful. Matthew showed me some alternatives.
