Great selection of sweets offered. I requested a half lb of assorted soft chewy candy. Clerk was kind enough to ask if I wanted sweet or sour. Every piece I received was different. That was impressive. Please note, you stand outside of the door and tell them your order through a speaker system, then when your order is ready, a door opens that is located lower within the door, and they hand you your items through it. Rude, smarmy “service”. I just went for first time and opened the door to be told it’s “full service” and they serve me outside. I said how do I look at things and work out what I want (normal right for any store to be able to LOOK at their wares) and the guy said in smarmy way that all of it is there and vaguely pointed to signs outside. I started reading an ice cream menu and was confused and said “where?” and he said sarcastically “that’s the ice cream menu”. There’s some mystical being that serves here. He gave me a free root beer candy which I expected to be terrible but it was so good I’m now writing this review, and that’s not even mentioning the quality of what we actually ordered.
A candy store that you can’t go inside of to see the candy? Weird…
