Visiting from out of town. We got the two intro deal. This place is awesome. Teachers are obviously too tier. Great way to start our days.
I am really impressed by this studio, on the wet and rainy Seattle day that I went in for my first Vinyasa class it felt really cozy. There were no bright lights, but everything was well lit. I attended a Vinyasa class with Chelsi, and it was the first time I felt really energized after being in a hot room, the effects have extended beyond a day. Overcrowded and noisy in the quiet spaces
I felt very comfortable with the space and teacher, and got good feedback during the class for how to adjust for the yoga positions.
Chelsi is an amazing teacher! Although I've been practicing for a long time this was my first hot class. Chelsi led us through a steady practice that had options for all levels. Would definitely take her class again.
