The Sweat House feels like a life saver. When I was going through some unfun medical stuff, I could count on 30 blissful pain-free minutes in the infrared pod. I go when I need to simply sweat out life, or to help fight a cold. Love this place! Staff is great, too!
So grateful that Nashville has access to this fabulous place. Everyone is so gentle and kind from the moment you step inside, and the myriad of ways you are BETTER when you leave make it an essential part of good health! Thank you for being there, Sweat House! :)

Everyone that works at the front desk is accommodating and very kind. Great place to forget everything and to relax. YOU WILL SWEAT!!
I had my first session Saturday morning and can't wait to go back! I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The session itself was calming and I enjoyed the spa music and chance to rest (and sweat!).
