The Sweat Box is a group fitness studio where we celebrate everyBODY. We currently offer Spin, Pilates, Zumba, Yoga, Rockstar Burn, Spin and Strength, Yoga Shred, and Pound classes. We have 11 fully certified, motivating instructors to lead you through a great workout! The energy is contagious and will get your adrenaline going- you will leave feeling on top of the world and SWEATY! We can't wait to work out with you at The Sweat Box!

I just reached my one year milestone of classes at the sweat box and that consistency was easy to build when going to the gym doesn't feel like a chore; it feels like fun with friends who become family. It's a great workout full of great music and endless laughs. The trainers are all real and raw and kind and hard working and have built me up from embarrassed and insecure at what I couldn't do to proud and shouting from the roof tops what I can do. You won't find a better gym to call home!
Went to my first class here yesterday. Having not worked out in a while I was nervous, but this studio was very welcoming and the spin class I did offered options for all fitness levels and was welcoming. Let’s just say I’ve already booked another three classes! Looking forward to doing the different types of classes.
I just love TSB! From the instructors, workouts, atmosphere, etc. I look forward to the classes and I feel my best when I leave there!
Can't say enough good things about TSB. I'd never taken a group fitness class before and joined a few months ago before stepping foot in the studio and the instructors have been nothing but welcoming, inclusive, motivating and kind. The members are all as well! I love the yoga, pilates, barre and rockstar burn classes. For the price of the 12-month contract, it's a steal.
