We enjoyed our stay at the Swan. The rooms were modest, but clean and well-maintained and the lower floor rooms were dog-friendly. The location was ideal. Check-in took under a minute. We will stay here again.

We stayed the night on one of the cottages on property and thoroughly enjoyed the change from a regular hotel room. Room was perfect for just the two of us with a little desk/work area and sitting area in front of the electric fire place. Breakfast across the street at Velocity was a great way to end the stay/start the morning.

I found myself with an unexpected need to spend the night with my dog in Port Townsend due to a ferry cancellation. I looked around for dog friendly lodging and one of the hotels was The Swan. I didn't need to look any further after speaking with Judy at the front desk. She was very kind and understanding, and allowed me to look at the available room to make sure it would work for me prior to booking. We stayed in one of the cabins, we have been coming here many years. The location can’t be beat, however, the rooms are tired with attention needed on the linens and towels and the outside. The staff was less than welcoming. It did not reflect the price.

I recently spent two nights in one of the cabins and couldn’t have been more pleased. The space was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, clearly well cared for. The convenience of off-street parking made things easy, and the location at the end of the main street meant I was within walking distance of great shops and restaurants while still enjoying a peaceful stay. A wonderful experience overall, and I’m already looking forward to returning.
