Cimarrun Away!!!! – Worst apartment I have ever rented.Apts are roach infested in the summer time stink like mold.Staff is Horrible.Morgan is the only one in that office that cares for her tenants.Repairs take a week to get done and it's a half job so you have to redo work order.Staff is not friendly after u sigh your lease they are very rude will call u a liar in your face double charge for water.I give it a half a star rateing.. Worst place to live in Katy – I've lived in these apt. for almost 6 months now and it has been the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The management doesn't care about their tenants and their needs, call them liars when they have proof, and destroy your property because they lack the skills in thier workers to fix anything properly. It took them 3 weeks to fix my roof after the hurricane. And then when they finally did, all they did was paint the celling to look like they fixed it and got paint all over the sofa and the ... read more
