I've been here for 3 years. It's a great place to stay.
Update: stay wherever the hell you live at and run from these apts. My stove caught on fire and maintenance from a whole other apartment complex had to come and fix it. Roaches getting so terrible no matter how clean you are. You pay for pest control monthly but nobody actually comes. Leaks through the windows and doors and oddly leaks from the light switches in the living room when it rains. Office has been closed almost a MONTH AND A HALF NOW. A 4 star because I recently just moved here. Ashley the office tenant is very sweet and very helpful. Maintenance is always out working around the complex because their truck is always at another apt everyday which is a good sign. Haven’t got my issues fixed yet but that’s bc we’re in a queue which is nice to know. Had roaches the first night moving in which could be from neighbors HOWEVER I keep my place very pristine so I wash dishes and take out trash every night and wipe any water from counters which has kept roaches awa... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This is honestly the worst Apartment complex you could move into in Alabama. This place is roach galore, everywhere I would go in my apartment there would be a new roach running around. They want you to pay for pest control but don’t actually provide the service. Their pool is absolutely disgusting it turns green almost everyday. They allow there tenants to throw trash around the apartment complex like it’s a dumpster yard…which it should be by now.
