Outstanding patient care from Blake in the Paramedics Team. I felt at ease the whole step of the way after having a mild concussion. Ambulance crew never get enough credit for the job they do. A thankless task most of the time, and they just get on with the job because it's in their heart and soul to look after people in an emergency. Thanks again Ambulance NSW. I wouldn't be here today with everything intact, without you.

last night I went to the emergency department, all staff was very friendly and attentive, special thank you to dr. Ben and his team. I am not often going to the emergency but when I go I think nurses and doctors doing good job. thank you!

I went there a few years ago and yesterday, and I think they have improved so much. Everyone was very nice and caring. Special thank you to the lovely lady who goes around the waiting area and keeps people updated on their progression in the queue, she was so kind and patient, the nurse who took my blood test for being very empathetic, and Dr Jackie for being very caring and efficient. So stupid been waiting with my heavily pregnant wife for 4 hours and still haven’t seen a doctor and the receptionist are rude and couldn’t care less about anyone they should at least tell you to go home if there is no point in waiting around

I had 39.5 fever and there were 8-10 patients and still receptionist told me to go home or wait 4-5 hours. The receptionist is very rude and they don’t care about the patient conditions. I feel bad that we pay so much taxes just to be treated like this during the emergency.
