A huge thank you to the wonderful ambulance crew who took me to the ED at Sutherland Hospital last Thursday. The ambos were first class, brilliant and very caring young ladies who ensured my transport and handover to the ED was a smooth transition. A huge thank you to the wonderful nurses, Drs and medical team who assessed my condition and ensured through various tests a good outcome and plan in moving forward is now in place for follow up treatment with a specialist. Thank you!!!

Outstanding patient care from Blake in the Paramedics Team. I felt at ease the whole step of the way after having a mild concussion. Ambulance crew never get enough credit for the job they do. A thankless task most of the time, and they just get on with the job because it's in their heart and soul to look after people in an emergency. Thanks again Ambulance NSW. I wouldn't be here today with everything intact, without you.
last night I went to the emergency department, all staff was very friendly and attentive, special thank you to dr. Ben and his team. I am not often going to the emergency but when I go I think nurses and doctors doing good job. thank you!
I went there a few years ago and yesterday, and I think they have improved so much. Everyone was very nice and caring. Special thank you to the lovely lady who goes around the waiting area and keeps people updated on their progression in the queue, she was so kind and patient, the nurse who took my blood test for being very empathetic, and Dr Jackie for being very caring and efficient.
