Very helpful and friendly.
Brendan serviced our boiler last week. We had used the company for the first time last year and found Ross very helpful. Pleased to receive a reminder this year and book an appointment. Brendan turned up on time and was friendly and helpful. The paperwork was received later the same day. All very efficient.
I'm absolutely delighted with the work Ross carried out on my three gas appliances on October 14th. He was really scrupulous about keeping everything clean and tidy. He spent a very good amount of time checking, cleaning and making sure they were all working efficiently. It's made a real difference to the heat they're now delivering. New boiler and radiators fitted. Kate and Ross are both polite, professional and efficient with excellent communication. Everything was easy from the initial booking for a quote to completion of work. Ross worked well, leaving everything clean and tidy, explaining all controls before leaving. Ross at The Sussex heating care company has carried out various jobs for us for a number of years. He has just installed a radiator in our conservatory. As always he did an amazing job. He spent time with us talking through options to heat our conservatory, his customer service is always excellent, he is polite, friendly, punctual and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend him.
