This company have not delivered appropriate service to my elderly father after they received his initial payment for the product -- which has not functioned properly since it's initial installment. The monitoring company, while more responsive, came yesterday and unplugged numerous equipment that should not have been, which meant my *elderly father* had to climb to a rooftop and re-plug them. The equipment they installed hasn't worked since day one, and this company hasn't been showing up to scheduled appointments for my elderly father. My brother and I listened in on a phone call between our *elderly father* and this shop, and we were shocked at the lack of integrity with which this company conducts itself -- as they continue to neglect repairs for the unreliable and non-functional product they sold our father.
