This company have not delivered appropriate service to my elderly father after they received his initial payment for the product -- which has not functioned properly since it's initial installment. The monitoring company, while more responsive, came yesterday and unplugged numerous equipment that should not have been, which meant my *elderly father* had to climb to a rooftop and re-plug them.
