Very rude, Dr and nurse. My father was admitted into the hospital and Dr Wolf was the surgeon on call. He was very short and rude when speaking to mom and pushed off all of her questions to another Dr saying he could not answer, it was the infectious disease Dr. My father had a follow up, Dr Wolf did not check/change his bandage, home care nurse was astonished that he did not even do that. Terrible experience. The only friendly person was the front desk lady.
Had blockage removed in March follow up was good now I have to have same procedure done again at same place as last time. Took 3 weeks to get hold of scheduler and 3 phone calls to finally find out when I would have procedure done again. Now it the day before procedure and they haven't notified me of what meds not to take or take. I hope in 2 more months I don't have to have this 94000.00 procedure done again at least not in the same spot again. I am not mad just disappointed.
I had a small minor piece of skin removed from this medical center. After 3 days the wound opened back up and never fully healed. I did not have insurance at the time and decided to engage in self pay. They sent me 5-6 different bills for the procedure equaling roughly $5k. The problem that I went in for still persists until this day and they essentially extorted me with overpriced bill after bill. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A MEDICAL INSTITUTION!!!
My friend was discharged after surgery today and experienced a very concerning sudden numbness on one side. He called the number he was given today to get in touch with his “team.” He got a RECORDING saying that extension - 7708 - is INVALID!! THEY CAN’T EVEN GIVE YOU THEIR OWN PHONE NUMBER CORRECTLY!!!
Started out I had no choice I had to have an amputation of my right lower leg fast forward Dr.Faulk was brought to my attention, and the Ertl procedure Dr.Jim Bob Faulk is the man 48 days In post amputation I am now today July 18 2024 walking crutch free on my first prosthetic leg. I cannot begin to say how surprised I am to be walking so soon but also my pain level is way less than before my surgery.
