Very poor work don't know how they stay in business replaced the windshield leaked like the Titanic along with other leaks they were supposed to fix had to take it back paint job very poor six months later it's gone cloudy other parts were not even painted they put rusty parts back on the car could not believe it they also stuffed my bonnet release cable other work done was also very poor when pointed this out John has more excuses than KFC has secret herbs and spices he had the audacity to get pissed off with me charged m... read more

Well after 30k of rust removal and half a paint job, I hope it’s better than the q.c ! Loose bolts, and screws not tightened. About time the quality controller got his tools out and gone over the apprentices finish. Was told to return to fix but at 30k it should’ve been done the first time.     Great getting updates with pics so no problems there, and much appreciation goes to the panel work and paint finish.    What annoyed me was the bend steel strip put back on ! Well done the panel and paint team, job well done , excellent finish on my classic car, however being classic is old school so any work done on the motor or body the classic owner would rather a paper copy of work done! But I don’t think The Surgery believe in paper work , considering how much I paid I feel undervalued as a customer,    Great work from the panel and paint team but admin needs attention!    I think any future repairs will need more thought into which company wins my wallet. 8/10.
