Anesthesiologists, Dr, Nurses, IV et all were great on arrival & preparation for shoulder surgery. All very professional. Definitely the bums rush on recovery & checkout. Sling not adjusted correctly, told to read the instructions. A complicated ice pack sling type was provided again with no clear instruction on how to use it. Following day follow up phone call was interrupted multiple times with "Have to take this" & finally before I was done with my 3 questions, "I will have to call you back". Still waiting.
Note: the surgery was only yesterday, so this doesn't cover long-term care I was only the companion, so I can't speak for the surgery itself, mostly just the aftercare. Tl;dr We had such a positive experience, this is so long as a bit of a letter of gratitude for the folks at the surgery center. My mom had a knee replacement, which we've both been super stressed about for a while. I had a SHOULDER ARTHROSCOPY WITH SUBACROMIAL DECOMPRESSION AND EXTENSIVE DEBRIDEMENT 2 days ago which was performed by Dr. Brian Busconi. The facility is absolutely beautiful and looks brand new. The waiting room is well furnished and very comfortable with snacks and drinks available. The electronic patient board keeps people waiting for patients updated on the status of their procedures. Incredible location and staff! No wonder it gets 4.9 reviews. It’s beautiful inside and out. So rare for a healthcare system. My mom had two hand surgeries here and it was so easy for everyone involved. Thank you for your wonderful service!
I couldn’t have chosen a better place to have my back surgery. I was introduced to whole team and each was just as professional as the next. It made me feel much better about having to go under the knife. Excellent place to have surgery.
