Had Ulnar nerve replacement surgery here. Place seemed so beautiful! Waiting room was relaxing and even had a "patient board" where it show the first two letters of first name and first two of last name of the patient and how far along they are in the surgery process for those waiting for them! I had the best care team! I suffer from extreme anxiety and everyone took the time to answer my annoying questions and make me feel calm. Surgery went smoothly and they gave me time to recover afterwards!
Had surgery there on Feb 14th. The staff and nurses were so kind. They explained in detail everything that was going to happen. And what to do while at home. 5 days later they called and checked up on me. This place is well recommended
Just had rotator cuff surgery today. The staff...each and every one, are FANTASTIC!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else to have my procedures done!!!
Excellent facility - 6 years old - but still like new inside. The staff does an excellent job in keeping the facility clean and "new". All o the medical staff, nurses, anesthesia, pre-op and post-op were excellent. They also followed up after the surgery to see see how I was recovering - and they were very helpful!
I had a surgery here last spring, and generally liked my experience. Pre-op was great, they were on time, professional and caring. The doctor and anesthesiologist met with me before my surgery and they were very attentive and explained everything in an easy to follow manner. Unfortunately, after I woke up, the post-op team gave me 10 minute to wake up before trying to get me out of the door. I ended up asking to stay 30 minutes because I wasn't feeling well.
