I was so scared of surgery but the pre op nurse named Sarah was so sweet and had a Disney princess voice, I forgot I was scared with her beside me! My surgical nurses were Amy and Kelly and they were super sweet and amazing. Everything went great I am now switching my pcp to southwestern because of these ladies, thank y’all so much.
My granddaughter was to be there at 915 ,but didn't go back till1150,it would have been nice is someone could have come and explain what was taking so long
Had surgery that went well. After surgery the nurses and staff that took care of me were so nice, very attentive and made sure that I was taken care of at all times. They made me feel like they really cared. The only complaint was the bed, it was very uncomfortable and I wasn’t able to sleep. I would still recommend this hospital as the staff still made being in the hospital not as bad.
Both my daughter and I had a positive experience at the surgery center. Everyone we spoke with was very professional, nice, and had great bedside manners. The OR nurse was very kid-friendly making my daughter feel comfort going back with her for the procedure. The post-op nurse was AMAZING, she was very sweet and helpful towards us and took the time to tell us about care afterwards.
