I am writing this review to document my experience at this surgery center so others can make an informed decision. What should have been a difficult but manageable operation instead became an experience marked by significant stress, inconsistent information, financial pressure, and what I experienced as a lack of post-operative support. On July 14th 2025, I had a routine gallbladder removal after experiencing gallbladder attacks throughout my entire pregnancy (gave birth Dec 31st 2024) and progressively got worse further into my post partum. This was my first surgery ever. I woke up feeling very groggy and sore which wasn’t unusual and was given hydrocodone for pain. They deserve negative stars. Worst possible place. They could care less how long they make you sit. Have an appointment? Ok ill take ya back 4 hours later. Awful awful place.
They work well with each other from The surgeon's to the nurse's, they communicate well with each other and patient's and their families. I'd recommend anyone to go and at least check out their staff and the ranges of care that they offer. Had a positive experience every Time at every appointment.
Poor customer service. Nurse was very rude. I have had 2 surgeries there. One time they let me tape ring and next they threatened to cut my wedding ring off. One time let me as grandma back with granddaughter and next time said only parents can go back. Very rude and inconsistency. If not due to insurance would not go here again
