We are so lucky to be patients at the Llwynypia surgery. The service we receive is brilliant. The receptionists and nurses are helpful and friendly and the doctors are first rate. Thank you all concerned.
Absolutely shocking treatment yesterday. Suffering from mental health, I asked for help. I was sent packing because it wouldn't be fair on the people calling, rather than let me in and give me support. Where's the duty of care?
Caring, helpful and friendly
Iv been using this Doctors Practice for just over 2 years and I cant start to tell you how fantastic they are. The staff are incredibly warm and supportive, and all the Doctors I have seen to date (I believe iv meet them all lol as I have complex health issues) have been fantastic. I have never had any issue in accessing the doctors or any other services they offer. My only constructive criticism, is the have no official Disabled Parking and could benefit from this at both practices in the Groupe (St David's) but despite tha... read more
