The service is excellent—fast and without long waits—and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The doctor, Jordan Myhre MD Surgeon, was very calm, he answered all my questions and made me feel confident and easeful about undergoing the surgery I need. I highly recommend him.
My appointment reminder gave no information on where to go at the hospital. The consultation could have been handled by phone as it was just to tell me I don’t need surgery. I had to drive 45 minutes, pay $75 for the specialist, and only needed to see the doctor for 5 minutes. Total waste of time just to gouge me out of money I don’t have.
Dr. Thealeman explained the procedure in easy to understand terms. Was easy to talk to and could show some humor to the humor my husband was dishing out.
