Wonderful staff, excellent place to experience!
From the moment I sat down to discuss my upcoming event with Sandy I felt welcomed. Her professionalism and friendliness was impressive and appreciated. The room, I was offered was perfect for our small 50 people guest count..The food was absolutely delicious!! My guests also felt welcomed and they had a great time. I would definitely recommend this venue for your next celebration!!
We hosted my daughter's sweet 16 at The surf room located at the long Beach hotel of 70 guests and included their catering. They exceeded our expectations as far as their customer service, food was great, set up time allowed was 7 hours, kids mocktail bar presentation was creative and beautiful. The staff including waiters and bartenders did their best to provide excellent service.
We held a surprise baby shower for my sister, back in August 2025 and it was exactly what we were looking for. The Surfroom is the perfect place to host a small group of people. It’s an intimate party space with a bar, buffet station sofa lounge area, and large windows. We met with Kelly the front desk manager to book a few rooms. Kelly’s customer service was phenomenal.
