The move had a few bumps, but the communication throughout the process was great and everything was handled quickly. Tamara has been one of the best leasing agents I’ve ever worked with. She’s kind, patient, and truly makes you feel at home.
l walked in for a tour the area was so nice and Tamara the leasing agent was super super nice she did an amazing job showing me around. she answered all of my questions. she was very professional and her personality made me run to tell my family that we all should reside at the sur. thanks so much Tamara for a great tour. you are amazing. the building was BEAUTIFUL and she added the icing on the cake.

Love this building, it feels so relaxing and calming. Love all the amenities and the staff are lovely. Do wish there was a pool. My friends say I live in a resort lol
The community is BEAUTIFUL!! I have lived here for 3 years now, recently renewing for my 4th year. I have to say, although I have had constant issues with previous management, the new manager Mike is very kind, responsive and easy to talk to. I have gone to the office twice now to talk to him about my renewal. He has a magic way of telling me what I don't want to hear (my rent is going up!!!) in a very warm and down to earth way, making it impossible for me not to have a smile on my face as I leave that office!
