Love the Buddha bowls and their homemade dressing is so so good. Homemade crackers, tuna salad are great. Really enjoy this place.
I tried 5 different items and WOW! Every single thing was delicious! Candied bacon, Moroccan chicken salad and cookies in the bag all gone in 7 mins in the car! Unreal! Carbondale needed a new place and here it is!
We have gotten a few meals from The Supply Collective and they do not disappoint. We ordered the Thanksgiving meal and every single thing was standout. There was more than enough food for 2 adults and 1 kid for 2+ dinners! The cornbread stuffing, gravy, turkey, pumpkin pie, brussles was delicious and everything reheated nicely, remaining moist, tender, flavorful. We cannot recommend this place more.
Love this place! Food is delicious, service is great. The chipotle braised beef enchiladas are fire. Great options for lunches, dinners, snacks, and sides. Highly recommend!
I went in out of curiosity and left with a nice selection of delicious food. There is a counter with fresh foods, including complete dinners. There are trays of thing like enchiladas and lasagna, frozen and ready to pop in oven. Their white chocolate macadamia cookies were the best I had ever had. So one visit and I am already a fan!
