Awesome program
Suppers has literally altered my life! I have been involved with Supper for over year. I have completely altered the way I eat. My fibromyalgia has been exponentially improved. I've also lost 30+ lbs. with no effort. Learned how to cook delicious healthy meals. Feels amazing. So much support & it's free except for the shared cost of the groceries!
I had the honor to meet and dine with individuals for lunch at the Monday, Sharon and Dor's Monday "Vegan Plus One," and thoroughly enjoyed the company and the delicious meal. As a clinical nutritionist, I fully support the program. Individuals who are looking for support socially and want to change their dietary habits and build a healthy relationship with food, Suppers is the place to be and the program to have an enjoyable meal with all the trimmings. Dorothy Mullens appeared to be awesome and a real leader, but she is not welcoming or helpful towards new members and introverts (those of us who are shy or whom she doesn't like for whatever reason). I would hope for something better from the Suppers Programs in Princeton as it is advertised as an intentional community based on being judgmental. I left feeling bad about myself. It is unfortunate. I'd gone in with high hopes for a more positive experience. I will update this review if things improve.
